Mr Zubairu S. ALI

Mr Ali is a finance guru, and financial negotiator, who has worked in industries, banks and many financial houses for more than 15 years. He is certified in many financial/professional qualifications and belongs to many associations. Mr Ali is the company’s financial backbone because of his experience and interpersonal relationship with all financial institutions in the country, including the CBN and abroad. He obtained his Accounting degree from Amadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State, Nigeria.

Mr Oluwakayode Solomon Olayimika (Esq)

Mr Oluwakayode (Esq) is a seasoned lawyer, an industrialist with over 15 years’ experience as an industry lawyer and legal practitioner. Barrister Oluwakayode is a seasoned administrator with a track record of local and international business practices. He belongs to many national and international associations including Nigeria Bar Association. His career has taken him to almost all categories of courts in the land purely for companies and individuals. The legal officer obtained his B. LL and M. LL from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife., Osun State, Nigeria

Eng. Ademilua Ebenezer Awoniyi

Eng Ademilua has many years of experience working with industries construction, and mining industries, having worked in different departments of the companies. He is very knowledgeable in mine workings, excavation for road constructions drilling for blasting and water borehole, etc with a very high local contents. In quest of his propensity for good and quality management, hard work and commitment to the achievement of common goals, Eng Ademilua has attended a lot of training courses in HSE, and national workshops on QHSE. He has over 10 years working experience in Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Management Systems. Eng Ademilua finished from The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti and The Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State.

Dr. Folorunso Adetayo Femi

He is a geological engineer and an industrialist with years of experience in leading construction, mining, quarrying and environmental services to government agencies, industries and organisations. He has worked within and outside the country satisfactorily. He has also participated in several executive training programmes in Nigeria and abroad, including memberships of many local and international associations. He obtained a doctoral degree from Ocean University of China and practiced with its foreign partners before setting up the Company.
